Terms of Booking
Porvoo Guide is a brand of Tuulet StoryWinds. We offer guided walking tours, storytelling experiences, and creative workshops — mainly in Porvoo, Finland. Services are available in English and Finnish, with customisation possible upon request.
Bookings & Payment
You can book private tours or creative courses by email at hello(a)porvooguide.fi, through a registration form, or by following the instructions provided for each product.
Payment is made per product either in cash, via invoice to the Tuulet StoryWinds account, or through MobilePay by the due date.
All prices include VAT (25.5%).
Public Guided Tours
Our general scheduled walking tours mainly held during the peak tourist seasons are open to everyone — no advance booking is normally needed, and you´re welcome to drop in and join us! We recommend checking our website or social media for any last-minute changes.
Special tours with a limited group size require registration. We will send detailed instructions along with the booking confirmation.
If a public tour is cancelled and you’ve already paid in advance (for example, as part of a package or special arrangement), we’ll naturally refund your payment. Kindly be aware that refunds are limited to the product price and do not cover bank charges or other extra costs.
Confirmation and Cancellation Policy for Private Tours and Courses
We’ll confirm your booking via the email address you provided – so please make sure it’s correct and check your spam folder if needed.
Services must be paid in advance, and the booking will be finalized once we have received the payment. The reservation will be cancelled if the payment has not been made by the due date. The payment period depends on the time of booking and is between 1 and 7 days.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled service are free of charge, and the payment will be refunded, excluding possible reservation, bank or transaction fees. Cancellation should be made in writing, and the details concerning the refund should be sent to us within two weeks by email: hello(a)porvooguide.fi.
These terms shall apply primarily unless otherwise agreed and formally accepted by Tuulet StoryWinds in writing.
Force Majeure
If a tour or course must be cancelled due to force majeure (such as official restrictions or unexpected events), or by the organiser, we will offer a new date or full refund of any payment already made.
Any compensation is limited to the payed price of the product or service.
Responsibility & Insurance
Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
Porvoo Guide/Tuulet StoryWinds is not liable for personal injuries or damages.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in order to take part in any tours or courses.
